- What is Counselor Conference?
Counselor Conference is an annual UVU event designed for high school counselors. You’ll learn about our programs, resources, and updates, connect with UVU staff, and explore ways to support your students’ college decisions.
- Who should attend this conference?
The conference is primarily for high school counselors but is also beneficial for educational administrators and other professionals who support student success.
- Is there a cost to attend?
Attendees are responsible for travel but there is no conference registration fee.
- Where do I park?
UVU is easily accessible via major highways, and parking is available on campus. The top 2 floors of the UVU Parking Garage will be set aside for conference attendees.
- What should I bring to the conference?
We recommend bringing a notepad, pen, and any questions you might have about UVU. Comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes are advised, especially if you plan to participate in the student life excursions.
- What should I expect from the conference?
The conference features a UVU resource fair, breakout sessions, and student life excursions. These activities are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of UVU's offerings and enhance your ability to support students.
